Adam purchased the cafe just before the big curve fire in 2002. Due to damage on the roads and infrastructure, the road was closed until March 2011. Adam opened the cafe on March 22, 2011 and enjoys welcoming visitors to the Crystal Lake Recreational area. A very popular desination for motorcycles, bikers and fishermen alike - the cafe offers home style food and a stocked mini-market for what ever you might need while enjoying our "slice of heaven."
